报告题目:Image Processing and IoT Applications in Food Systems 报告时间:2025年9月4日(周四)上午9:30 报告地点:久久精品一区二区梅山校区竺银康楼120 报告人简介:Chawakorn Sri-ngernyuang, from Chiang Mai, Thailand, is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering and Agro-Industry at Maejo University and Head of the Center for Robotics in Agriculture and Food Technology (CRAFT). He earned his B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Chiang Mai University, his M.Eng. in Robotics and Automation from KMUTT’s Institute of Field Robotics, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Robotics at KMUTT. His research centers on food engineering and innovation, including sensor-based systems for egg freshness detection, coffee bean sorting, and automation in the food industry. In parallel, he works on smart agriculture and agricultural monitoring platforms that integrate IoT and automation to enhance sustainability. He has published internationally on topics such as pressure-sensing devices ,IoT for food quality assessment, neural network approaches for movement recognition, and smart sensor systems for crop monitoring. His current focus is on advancing food innovation and agricultural automation to support healthier societies and sustainable farming.
